I just cracked the solution, simply go to ur apn settings and delete the proxy number then try it again

I'll quickly show you how to root your techno D3
REQUIREMENTS
–>PC
–>Internet connection
–>Enable USB debugging ( Settings >Applications > Development > USB debugging).
–>Make sure you have Adb installed or else download it here
2.Download Eroot here
3. Install the pdanet on your pc you will be prompted for device type choose ‘Other’. You will be asked to connect your Tecno d3 to the computer with USB debugging enabled as described above.
4. Extract the ERoot file you downloaded above and run the eroot.exe file. Ensure you have working internet connectivity on your PC to enable eroot install about 11MB of additional data. Ignore the Chinese language displayed and wait for awhile, a root button will appear but if for any reason it does not appear, exit the Pda.Net application running on your system tray.
5. once it detects Tecno D3 press
root. in 10 secs you are rooted.
Check your
Tecno D3 homescreen you will find superuser.

If you are still having that dp problem, i'll suggest your redownload the bbm app again from play store. Perhaps their is an error in initial download.

Yes, via google sync app. This app is available for bb and Android. Just download it and follow every necessary instructions their to import your contacts to android phone.

What do you think is the problem, when I did a factory reset of my phone HTC sensation 4G and reinstall bbm, all my contact is gone and I thought all my contact should be intact with my bbid, also I was given another pin
OoOooo NooOOoo, sorry about that but ideally you are suppose to use Google snyc app to back up all your contact before factory reset. Factory reset automatically take your device back to Genesis no matter what what you've installed on it before. Since BBM is new to Android, any uninstallation performed will automatically change your bbm pin except for the future generation of Android phone that will be produce with bbm factory installed on them.
This is what you will do should in case of next time, download google sync app and it will automatically back up all your contact on your samsung galaxy; even if you are changing to another android phone, your contact will still be intact. and make sure you safe all your future bbm contact on a secure place in order to avoid what just happened now. Sorry about that one more time.

Hi Prof Yemi.. I downloaded BBM on my Samsung galaxy Core 2days ago and up till now its still saying 'Unable to complete set up.. No network found.. Your connection to the wireLess network has been turned off' meanwhile I have a stable mtn network connection(its on H) I've tried everything from uninstalling to reinstalling to force stop to even turning on my wifi (Although I have no available network).. The only advice I've been getting is 'Patience', but I'm seriously running out of it.. Please is there anything else I can do?

i want to believe it's network problem. If you can lay hands on another carrier sim aside of mtn sim, try and subscribe for their daily mb which goes for #100, make sure you are on 3G. once it's done, lunch your bbm let's this time if it won't connect… otherwise, i look for an alternate solution to your device.
Prof, I am having the same problem as Lisa. I have downloaded the BBM app on my LG Optimus L7 but each time I try to open it, it gives the message "Unable to complete set, no connection found. Your connection to the wireless network is turned off. Restore your connection and try again". I am on the etisalat 500Mb plan and it shows H all the time. What can be done? Thanks.

I'm about to try it with my etisalat sim, but one more thing; the part where you say I should make sure it's on 3G is confusing me cos the only options I have here are 'GSM & WCDMA(Auto mode)'.. 'GSM only' and then 'WCDMA only'.. I'm currently on Auto mode with my MTN sim.. Should I leave it that way when I switch to the etisalat sim?

Hello Cathy, what network do you use? Make sure your network bis currently support it usage on ur android. Uninstall d current one you have installed on ur smartphone, and re-download a lower version of bbm. It won't affect ur bbm contact.

Please help. I'm using INternational G2, rooted. My bbm was fine until this morning it suddenly stopped working. I already tried to clear cache, clear data, reinstall it. Deleting currently installed apps, worrying that they might be the culprits.. Uncheck the GPU rendering in the developer options (though everything was fine before without changing any setting). What can I do now?

It's your image resolution dat u need to readjust. Before you chnge ur Display Pics to another, always resize it. Set ur image resolutn to HD.

Kindly accept my sincere apologies for not replying your messages all this while.
Go to Settings > Apps >Manage apps and locate the BBM app. Tap on it and clear it data, force your bbm to close. You can then go back and resize your bbm, load another pics and see if their is any change.
Go to play store and download this app or here
It will automatically adjust your display pics to fit into your bbm.

Prof, did as u said I cleared data and cache and reloaded but still same thing. Once I get to setting up bbm, it just shows report problem and then same thing my pin is still 00000000 can't do nothing. Thinking shld I log in as a new person with new email and password. Finally figured out wat's wrong with my pone. Apparently it was mybAPN settings. The WAP settings works for my browser,G+,gmail e.t.c while the internet settings works for my bbm and whats app. So I have to switch APN settings depending on what I have to do. So I don't need to throw away d pone after all. Thanks. Anyways.

I think you need to update your BBM to the latest one. Before you do that, go to settings>>Apps>>Scroll to bbm, clear your cache and data then reboot your device.

Hi Yomi, I use a Tecno C9 and first of all, it just started showing limited Connectivity. I waited q whole day because I've been using Snapchat and the Instagram without any of those problems at all. I tried deleting and downloading again but it even got worse,its not even opening. After 2 seconds of that circle going round, it says "oops, no internet connectivity" I started to think it was because I updated the bbm so I tried downloading the previous one I had but the problem is still there.
