You can't use both together because they are both vpn. One is a defending vpn while d other is an offending vpn. U can't change ss to uk ip.

Do this
1. Make sure your Phone is Rooted
2. Download Root explorer
3. Download the whatsapp+
4. Backup your previous whatsapp conversation
5. Delete your official whatsapp.
6. Install your root explorer then goto root»vendor»operator»app
7. Locate and delete the whatsapp again.
8. Search for your whatsapp+ and move it to the folder where you deleted the official whatsap

What's ur android os version?
To use whatsapp plus, u need to install the official whatsapp and verify ur number with it first. Then uninstall it before installing whatsapp plus. It will work fine without verifying ur number again because the old data are still in ur phone. Note this will work only if the Sim is inside ur phone

Make sure you set your android in usb debugging mode. It is just oneclick through and it will root your device.

there are only two ways you can root your device without PC.
Try Framaroot.apk

Run and install it on your device,

==>You should get a success message. Reboot and check if you it is fully rooted.
Note: I have used this to root MTN Anroid before and it worked. But if you try it and it doesn't work out well for you, then you will have to use PC in rooting your device.
