Microsoft just announced that Window 10 will now support Android and iOS apps installation on Mobile in the on going Build 2015 conference. Not
just that but King’s Candy Crush Saga was shown as an
example of an iOS game ported to Windows Phone without many modifications.

browser to replace ie called Microsoft Edge. Even God Knows I hate internet
explorer with intence hatred. I haven’t test run on it but I know it is far

It's not installing like that…. They just made it easier to port ios and android app to windows os while helping developers cut cost….. Also, it will be easier to create universal apps with their new SDK

My advice, is in every state, there are direct dealer with MTN, Airtel, Glo and Etislat who buy in huge bulk and sale to those who want to resale to retailers.
Look for them in your location, I use to have their addresses before but I Can't lay my hands on it again. But it is pretty much easier to start business like this now than before.
