That Band maybe problem. It may not work with tecno, infinix and other mtk phones.
This is where MTN 4G LTE is going to dust Glo 4G out of existence because a lot of 4G devices doesn't supports FDD band 28 (700mhz).Even the newly launched Phantom 6 Plus doesnt support it, Note 3 LTE doesn't support it.
98% of smartphone doesn't support it. Glo is on a long thing. i rather stick to MTN than to waste unnecessary money to buy another phone.

Sorry… Try using a high end phone. I use sony xperia z3 D6653, it can support FDD band 28 (700mhz). The 4G is not for everybody… Hahaha. Thanks prof.
But prof the main question remains… If I do a 4G subscription and I want to switch to 3G or Edge will it work? I don't want a situation wer by I won't be able to browse using edge or 3G. Thanks
4G subscription is for 4g. When u switch ur phone to 3g network am not sure it will browse with ur 4g subscription. Is there any need of trying to browse through 3g with ur 4g subscription with the same phone ?

I haven't gotten even a mere 200kbps on their so-called 3G and they are rushing into 4G LTE. Well, locations aint the same–highly favourable to some people– but not in my location.
Putting cart before the horse, why can't they deal with their slow 3G first. They haven't finished with the "chewing" of 3G they are chewing another chunk of LTE.

Glo customers care fall my hand. They asked me to come back tomorrow because they are still working on it. One mumu lady there was even arguing with me saying that my phone must support their 4G first before they will do it . They asked me to text 4g to 400 but glo didn't reply.
I got to GLO office and I was told the stocks for the 4G LTE sim just arrived, so I have to come back tomorrow for the sim.
i get 1.5mb to 1.8mb from 2am to 9am. on glo

Most phones don't supports their band. Why not send 4G to 400 to know if your phone supports their network
