Download CM security & Stubborn trojan killer. If it is a malware, you should try those apps first before you flash your rom. This was how i did mine. I also shut down Google play store (clear data, uninstall updates, disable data) & didnt open for like 2 weeks. updated my apps only with mobogenie. Keep scanning & removing the malware till you dont see it any more.
