For Nigeria, i don't think there's anything 'monster' about their phones. I will give a little exception to Tecno Camon C9( in Camera aspect) ,Tecno Phantom 6 (in Multitasking), Tecno Boom J8(in Music aspect). Someone might be asking why i mentioned only Tecno products, well, Infinix ooo, Itel ooo are from the same Tecno company and to me, "They are birds of a feather flocking together".
To go with Prof mentioned phones above, i will rather choose OnePlus 3T.
If i was mandated to choose between an Iphone and a Samsung phone, not gonna blink twice to lay me my hand on samsung. Though Iphone, IMO, has the best Gaming experience, android is trying too.
But, what still baffles me is why all these Chinese/Hongkong companies are not in Nigeria yet. Xiaomi, Bluboo, Elephone, Umi etc are phones that can Injure InnJoo itself and send it to its early grave.
