My Note 5 says it is going to take 6 hours to be fully
charged from 10%….When I first got the phone is was charging very fast, about
20-30% up to full in a little under an hour…now I need to charge it all
night.

I think because they don't have the stock rom backup. If u have bought the same type of infinix, then they can fix it now with the rom stock backup using sp flash tool.

In my quest to get a better charger to charge my phone faster,i ended up with one that killed the phone completely. Immediately I plugged the charger to my phone,it started charging and then went off. It has refused to come on since then. Took it to be checked and the guy said the board has been burnt. Told me to forget about the phone cos the board is more expensive or equivalent to the cost price of my Infinix hot 3. Took it to slot and the price they called for me was more than the cost price of the phone. I've abandoned the phone now and gone back to my old blackberry I thought I was done with. So sad.

Yes, there is solution. disable unused applications running at your phone background. uninstall apps you are not using from your phone. Reboot your device and you are good to go.

Remember, not all chargers are original. I’ll advice you to put ur phone in flight mode, then charge it. If it charge faster, then some applications install on ur fone is causing it to charge slowly.
