First of all, you need to download the config file here for ios
==>Copy the files to a secure place on your iPad or SD card if available
==> Set your apn to web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
leave proxy and port blank or it won't work
==> Launch OpenVPN for iOS, and import the configs by tapping the folder icon located
lower right and browse your sd card for where it was saved (do this for all config files).
==>Select your desired server from the list.
==>Enter your username and password, then hit the connect button.
It will work for you with this config

For you to use open VPN on iPad goto AppStore and search openvpn download it and download the config files most of them has extension of .ovpn but on the contrary you may need to download trial version of izip
