    • Lady B,
That friend that set it up for you should have an email ID. He or she should download itunes to his or her pc, and request for password change.
Apple will reset your password and send it back to him or her.

If the problem still persist, then use this tool here to clear it off below

  3. but den prof, i need a lil bit of clarity on something i've been observing. U seem to have more preference for jumia over konga, despite d fact dat konga tend to provide even better services and prices on some products. An example is dis past week , wen jumia was running their promo(mobile week), little did we know dat konga was also on a weeklong promo(democracy day deal). And some other instances like dat. I just wish to find out if jumia is BETTER dan konga(from ur view & in general) OR maybe there are other hidden facts we do not know.
And if i'm asking of too much of u, i think a comprehensive review on these two online shopping malls will be great.
    Thanks

    • Hmm…! I do not have more preference for Jumia than Konga. I only keep up to date with their mobile promo week. Must of the phones on Jumia during the Mobile promo week are way too cheap to be found on Konga dat same week.

Konga democrazy week to me was nothing to write home about compare to the just concluded Jumia week as most of the items they claim to be 50% off are not really 50% off. But in a nutshel, I as a person prefers Konga services more than Jumia services.

A comprehensive review will be writen on this.
