Glo Reacts to Data Cap Reduction

I don’t know how this tend to solve telecom problems but I
still think there should be prior notice before taking actions like this.
For God sake, this is not MMM. Apparently, Glo has something to say about yesterday’s
trending topic of reducing its data volume which is absolutely not user
friendly.

A concern Glo subscriber pop into Glo twitter page to ask
them reason why data volume has to be reduced and this is what Glo NG have to
say as seen below;
Hello, “data
caps” has not been reduced. Subscriber who does not resubscribe 3 days
after data expiration will get half the plan TT
Atleast for something like this, subscribers needs to be
informed and not just the after effect.
Spread the love

  1. I no understand this """Hello, "data caps" has not been reduced. Subscriber who does not resubscribe 3 days after data expiration will get half the plan TT""" please yemi prof explain

  2. What this means is for those that still has active plan and auto renewal not cancelled will still enjoy double previous vol. Text ACCEPT TO 127 to restore ur auto renewal if it has been cancelled. Policy is just for customer to stick to their Network.

  3. I has active plan but my auto renewal has been cancelled pls do this: send ACCEPT to 127 to restore it and ur subsequent subscription will be on the old rate. OR if is a fresh sub, do like #1000 plan for new rate as auto renewal comes at default then before it expires subsequent sub will take u back to old rate. The strategy is just to lock in their loyal customer

  4. na lie cos i just did it na 1.6g them gv me after calling their customer care wey say na 3.2g them go gv me yeye people
