Are You Thinking What I'm Thinking? Video Streaming is Now Free on 9Mobile

Is anyone thinking what I’m thinking? Streaming YouTube videos is absolutely free with 9mobile … but with conditions attached! I was just minding my own business when I saw this on their twitter handle.

When you get any of 9mobile monthly data plans, Youtube video streaming is absolutely free for you from the hour of 1am - 5am. I don’t know why it has to be from that odd hour of the night to stream free on YouTube. Why not around 10pm – 5am?

This must definitely be for Vigilante night surfers or those that find it difficult to sleep at night. This is a good development and I must commend 9mobile for it. Those that always watch movies on YouTube at night will find this handy.

What do you think?

    1. No matter the time they offer such freebie like video streaming, it's still a welcome development and i must commend them but let them not act funny by deducting from people's main data bundles later.

    1. The problem is from your location and you need to relocate for a better coverage.

Besides that plan has been out weeks ago.

  15. I guess the time for the streaming is when the network's server will be less busy. You guys can't expect them to offer you this during peak hours.

  16. UPDATE:If you want to stream midnight (1-5am) YouTube videos for free as promised by 9mobile, change your internet settings APN from etisalat to 9mobile and you are good to go. This is where I goofed. My phone APN by default is set as etisalat and manually changed it to 9mobile. This small change counts a lot. Cheers!
